Description

As Office & Marketing Manager, you will report to the Managing Directors and support him through administrative, secretarial, and marketing duties.

You will effectively define goals and priorities communicated by the executive members and indicate necessary actions, time, and resources to achieve these goals. You will facilitate business travel arrangements, agenda scheduling, and other duties as assigned.

The work is aimed at assisting the department through collecting, distributing, and communicating information in a structured and organized manner. It is therefore imperative that you are always clear in your communication while acting with integrity and professionalism with the team.

Additionally, you will work closely with the head of marketing assisting in a variety of marketing projects in order to promote the company and products across multiple markets and countries. Additionally focusing on for all marketing communications within the FOCUS-ON organization and towards the joint venture partners, SAMSON and KROHNE.

  • Education: high-school degree
  • Experience: 2-5 years-experience in marketing role

Your Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Processing outgoing and incoming correspondence from the management;
  • Coordinate various meetings, accommodations, and transport for customers, employees, and external companies;
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports;
  • Take minutes of various meetings;
  • Monitor deadlines regarding actions/reporting/projects, etc.;
  • Manage the MD’s agenda and schedule necessary meetings, customer visits, and business travels.

 

Marketing

  • Facilitate with promotional materials incl. creating strong documentation and smart branding concepts;
  • Supporting with creating and maintaining a marketing calendar of email, direct mail, and other promotions;
  • Manage customer communication and marketing administration efforts;
  • Assist with effective handling of social media communication channels;
  • Coordinate the packing and shipping of global tradeshow materials (literature, promotional items, POP ups, etc.);
  • Fulfill daily literature and promotional items (packaging/shipping) internally and through suppliers;
  • Manage marketing collateral updates on various levels of web platforms;
  • Monitor and distribute marketing mailbox inquiries accordingly (leads, tech support, etc.);
  • Coordinate behind the scenes event set ups as well as execution.
  • Work with Marketing team to develop innovative promotional opportunities and campaigns.
